SellSpark AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, should have equal access to our AI-powered product photography optimization service designed specifically for Etsy sellers.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
SellSpark AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Our website and service include the following accessibility features:
role="tablist", role="tab", and role="tabpanel" attributesaria-label attributes on icon buttonsaria-expanded states for accordion and expandable content<label> elements or aria-label attributes)aria-required="true"Despite our best efforts, some parts of SellSpark AI may not be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
Skip-to-content links are not yet implemented. Screen reader users must currently navigate through the full page header and navigation to reach main content. This is a known gap we plan to address in a future update.
The drag-and-drop image upload interface may be challenging for keyboard-only users. A keyboard-accessible file selection button is provided as an alternative method for uploading photos.
AI-generated image optimization suggestions and outputs may not always have perfectly descriptive alternative text for screen reader users. The AI systems we use (OpenAI, Google Gemini) process images but do not automatically generate accessibility-optimized descriptions.
Some dynamic status updates (such as photo optimization progress) may not be announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions. We are working to improve real-time announcements for assistive technology users.
Not all form error messages are programmatically associated with their corresponding input fields via aria-describedby. Error messages are displayed visually but may not be announced in context by all screen readers.
Some features rely on third-party services which may have their own accessibility limitations beyond our direct control:
We select service providers who demonstrate commitment to accessibility, but cannot guarantee their compliance levels.
